Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Once your return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Alternative colours
- Product replacements (subject to availability)
Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. These may include:
- Earrings
- Personal accessories
- Beauty-related items
- Clearance or sale items
We also cannot accept:
- Used or damaged products
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products returned outside the return period
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as J Mart Limited is not responsible for lost return parcels.
